The Gustavus women's golf team fired a final round 316 and finished second at the NCAA Division III Championships with a total of 331-332-322-316--1301. Methodist College won its 13th consecutive national title finishing 19 strokes ahead of the Gusties with a 72-hole total of 317-333-315-317--1282. Katie Schenfeld was the top individual finisher for Gustavus as she placed fifth with a total of 78-83-78-77--316.

The Gustavus women's golf team completed the most dominating spring regular season in the program's history by winning the UW-Eau Claire Invitational by 20 strokes over host UW-Eau Claire on Sunday afternoon at Wild Ridge Golf Course in Eau Claire, Wis. The Gustavus women's golf team turned in a very strong round in difficult conditions and leads the UW-Eau Claire Invitational by 18 strokes over host UW-Eau Claire. The Gusties, who fired a team score of 312, posted five of the top six individual scores of the day. Kali Griggs and Kate Schenfeld are tied for first with first round scores of 77.

Women’s Golf Wins Carleton Invitational, Drenttel Claims Medalist Honors

The Gustavus women's golf team rallied in the final round with a tournament record 313 to win the Carleton Invitational with a 36-hole total of 326-313--639. Taylor Drenttel claimed medalist honors for the second time in three tournaments this spring posting a 36-hole total of 76-77-153.
