Women’s Track & Field Takes Third At Birdman Invite In Final Tuneup Before MIAC Championships

The Gustavus women’s track & field team competed at the Birdman Invite on Friday, hosted by Minnesota State University, Mankato, and took third place with 95 points. Gustavus was the only Division III school in a meet that included Division II MSU-Mankato, Sioux Falls, and Augustana. MSU-Mankato won the meet with 225 points, while Sioux Falls took second with 104 points.

Men’s Track & Field Wins Macalester Kilt Classic, Women Take Third

The Gustavus men’s and women’s track and field teams started the indoor season strong Friday at Macalester’s Kilt Classic. The men took first place with 179 points, including seven individual event champions, while the women took third place with 116 points, including three event champs.
