Gustavus junior Seth Anderson was named to the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) Men's Basketball All-Conference Team for the 2010-2011 season. Other Gustavus players receiving recognition included All-Conference Honorable Mention honorees Dan Schmidtknecht and Phil Wirtjes. Matt Doble was named to the All-MIAC Sportsmanship Team.

Augsburg’s David Olson scored a game-high 23 points, as Jesse Van Sickle led the Gusties with 18 points.
The Gustavus men's basketball team opened the 2009-10 season with a 65-63 victory over Buena Vista on Tuesday night in Storm Lake, Iowa. Solid second half shooting helped Gustavus build a lead and hold on late as the Gusties shot 63.6% (14-22) from the field in the second half.
