Women’s Swimming Finishes Second And Men’s Swimming Finishes Fifth At Carthage Invite
The Gustavus women's swimming team finished second with 1,224 points behind St. Cloud State University after the Carthage Invitational concluded on Saturday in Kenosha, Wis. The Gustavus men's swimming team turned in a fifth place performance with 852 points behind first place St. Cloud State University. Both squads turned in twelve more top five finishes including one National "B" Provisional qualifying finish on Saturday.
Men’s and Women’s Swimming Off to Strong Start After Day One of Carthage Invite
The Gustavus men's and women's teams got off to a strong start after day one of the Carthage Invitational in Kenosha, Wis. on Friday. The Gustie men had six top five finishes, including first place in the 800 freestyle relay. The Golden Gustie women earned three top five finishes. The meet will concluded Saturday with races starting at 9:00 am.
