Gustavus men’s hockey head coach Brett Petersen has been selected as the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Men’s Hockey Coach of the Year, highlighting the announcement of the postseason awards, released Monday afternoon.

Men’s Hockey Kicks Off 75th Season This Weekend At MIAC Showcase

After a quick two weeks of preseason practice, the Gustavus men’s hockey team is set to kick off its 75th season at the MIAC Showcase in Blaine, Minn. Friday and Saturday with a pair of non-conference games. The Gusties take on Saint John’s at 7 p.m. tonight followed by a 6:30 p.m. game tomorrow against St. Olaf.

Men’s Hockey Drops The Puck On The 2015-16 Season This Weekend

The Gustavus men’s hockey team is set to kick off its 2015-16 campaign this weekend at the annual MIAC Men’s Hockey Showcase at the Schwan Super Rink in Blaine, Minn. The Gusties face Saint Mary’s at 6:30 p.m. Friday and then play Hamline University at 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
