The Gustavus Adolphus College men's and women's golf teams are set to compete in their final meets of the 2015-16 regular season this weekend, as the men compete in a dual with the University of St. Thomas on Sunday, while the women will play in the Carleton Invite on Saturday and Sunday. The men's dual with the Tommies is set to begin at noon at Ridges at Sand Creek in Jordan, Minn., while the women will play at Bellwood Oaks Golf Course in Hastings, Minn.

The Gustavus Adolphus College men's and women's golf teams were able to maintain their respective leads from Day One, and each took home first place at the Augsburg Invite this past weekend. The men, who played at Pebble Creek Golf Course, scored a combined 594 (+18), while the women, who played at Les Bolstad Golf Course scored a total of 695 (+127). Senior Andrew Brandt (Medina, Minn.) highlighted the men's team finish with an individual championship after scoring a 69 in Sunday's final round.

The men's tournament is being played at Pebble Creek Golf Course in Becker, Minn., while the women's field is located at the Les Bolstad Course on the campus of the University of Minnesota. The men's squad leads second place Augsburg by three strokes (304-307), while the women are ahead of second place Bethel by 13 (345-358).
The Gustavus women’s golf team competed in one round Friday at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club with a pair of golfers from Flagler College participating as well. Lara Ardler and Miranda Greene of Flager shot the first and second best rounds of the day at 74 and 79, respectively, while the Gusties rounded out the rest of the nine-golfer field.
