The Gustavus volleyball team claimed a 3-1 win over Bethany Lutheran College in St. Peter on Wednesday night. The Gusties were led by Tara Houlihan and Jenni Thelemann with 15 kills each.

The Gustavus women’s volleyball team closed out its season with a thrilling 3-2 win (30-22, 25-30, 32-30, 26-30, 18-16) at home over St.Mary’s. Gustavus finishes its season at 18-10 overall and 6-5 in the MIAC (tied for seventh place with Macalester).

The Gustavus women’s volleyball team struggled in its own Gustie Triangular on Saturday losing 3-0 to Carleton and 3-0 to Macalester. Gustavus will close out the regular season at home on Wednesday against St. Mary’s.

The Gustavus women’s volleyball team evened its MIAC record at 5-5 with a convincing 3-0 win over Hamline on Wednesday night. Anne Osthus and Tara Houlihan powered the Gustie attack with 17 kills each, while setter Rachel Batalden compiled 50 assists.
