Eleven Gustavus football players have been honored by the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. Five players were named to the all-conference first team and six athletes were named to the all-conference second team.

The Gustavus men’s basketball team opened its 2003-04 season with a disappointing 59-55 loss to Luther College in St. Peter. The game was very close throughout, however Luther made several key shots down the stretch to escape with the win.

The Gustavus men’s hockey team lost to Lake Forest College 3-0 in a non-conference matchup at Don Roberts Ice Rink in St. Peter, Minnesota on Saturday night. Gustavus falls to 2-4-0 on the season, while Lake Forest improves to 6-0-1.
