Gustavus men’s golf coach Scott Moe directed the U.S. Junior National Team to its second consecutive Toyota World Junior Cup title in Toyota City, Japan. The U.S. team claimed first place by 12 shots over second place Colombia. The Americans posted a 72-hole total of 824 which was 40 shots under par.

The Gustavus men’s doubles of Adam Morgan and Brett Morse-Karzen were knocked out of the NCAA Division III doubles tournament in the quarterfinal round late Sunday evening. Morgan and Morse-Karzen lost to second seeded Matt Brunner and Matt Seeberger of the University of California at Santa Cruz by the score of 7-6 (9-7), 6-2.

The Gustavus doubles team of Adam Morgan and Brett Morse-Karzen advanced to the quarterfinals of the NCAA Division III men’s doubles tournament being played in Santa Cruz, California. Morgan and Morse-Karzen defeated Ari Beilin and Alex Scott of Middlebury 6-4, 2-6, 6-3 in the opening round on Saturday afternoon.
