The Gustavus men’s tennis team claimed both the singles and doubles titles at the ITA Midwest Regional. Loren Collins won the singles title while Adam Morgan and Brett Morse-Karzen won the doubles title.

The Gustavus men’s tennis team had another big day at the ITA Midwest Regional advancing four players to the semifinals in the singles draw and three doubles teams to the semifinals of the doubles draw. The tournament concludes Sunday afternoon.

It was a very busy first day of the ITA Men’s Tennis Midwest Regional being held on the campus of Gustavus Adolphus College. Host Gustavus was the big winner advancing six players to the fourth round of the singles draw.

Gustavus tennis standout Eric Butorac has been named to the 2003 Intercollegiate Tennis Association All-Star Team, presented by The Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy. The team will be honored on Aug. 22 at the West Side Tennis Club in Forest Hills, NY.
