Women’s Golf Holds 16-Stroke Lead After First Round At UW-Eau Claire
The Gustavus women’s golf team shot a first round 328 Sunday at the Georgianni Invite, hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, which has the Gusties in first place by 16 strokes. Men’s Golf In Seventh After Round One At UW-Eau Claire Invite
The Gustavus men’s golf team sits in seventh place out of 16 teams after the first round of the Frank Wrigglesworth Invite, hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Eau Clarie. The Gusties shot a 310 (+22), which is 13 shots of the leader Augsburg. Viterbo and UW-Eau Claire are tied for second after shooting 303.

Women’s Soccer And UW-La Crosse End In 0-0 Draw
The Gustavus women’s soccer team Sunday battled back and forth with the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and ended in a 0-0 draw after two overtime periods. The tie moves the Gusties to 2-1-1, while the Eagles move to 2-0-2.

Cross Country Hosts Annual Alumni Meet
The Gustavus cross country program hosted its annual Alumni Meet on Saturday at the Linneaus Arboretum with 26 women competing and 44 men. The current Gusties defeated the “Rusty Gustie” alumni by marks of 28-31 for the men and 24-37 for the women.

Women’s Soccer Tops Lawrence In Convincing Fashion, 6-0
A convincing offensive performance by the Gustavus women’s soccer team resulted in a 6-0 shutout Friday night at Lawrence University. Six different Gusties scored goals, while all 26 players saw time on the pitch, outshooting the Vikings 34-2. Gustavus improves to 2-1 overall, while Lawrence drops to 1-3.
