SAINT PETER, Minn. – After a win and tie against St. Thomas last weekend, Gustavus men’s hockey is set to take on Hamline in a home and home series. Friday’s game in Saint Peter begins at 7:05 p.m., while Saturday’s game in St. Paul starts at 7 p.m. The Gusties enter the series 8-6-3 overall and 4-2-2 in the MIAC while the Pipers are 3-12-4 and 1-6-3 in the conference.

Connor Clemons has 17 points with seven goals and nine assists while Nick Klishko has 11 points with 5 goals and 6 assists. The Gusties are second in power play percentage with 20.4% and second in goals against average with 2.26. Robbie Goor has made 11 starts in net with a .923 save percentage for the Gusties and is ranked second in the MIAC with a goals against average of 2.14.
SCOUTING THE PIPERS: Hamline is coming off of a pair of losses last weekend against Concordia. Through 19 games, Jackson Bond leads the Pipers with 21 points from 11 goals and 10 assists. Weiland Parrish has 14 points with six goals and eight assists while Bailey Martin has nine points with three goals and six assists. Sam Nelson has made 12 starts in net for the Pipers with a .915 save percentage.
