ST. PETER, Minn. – The Gustavus men’s hockey team is set to host Parents Weekend as the Gusties take on a pair of non-conference opponents. On Friday, the Gusties host St. Scholastica at 7:05 p.m. and then on Saturday the Black and Gold take on No. 7-ranked UW-Eau Claire at 7:05 p.m. The Gusties enter the weekend with a 1-7-2 overall record, St. Scholastica is 4-5-0, and UW-Eau Claire is 8-1-2. Gustavus is coming off a loss and a tie against Saint John’s last weekend, while the Saints were swept by Marian, and the Blugolds beat UW-River Falls and UW-Stout last weekend.
