PETER, Minn. – The Gustavus men’s basketball team continues its road trip in the MIAC on Wednesday night as it takes on Bethel University at 7 p.m. The Gusties enter the contest with a 3-2 overall record and 1-1 mark in the league after a 79-70 setback at Augsburg College on Saturday night in Minneapolis, while the Royals have started the season with a perfect 6-0 record and 1-0 mark in the MIAC after beating Concordia College 75-66 on Saturday in Arden Hills. Brody Ziegler is Gustavus’s leading scorer, averaging 11.6 points per game, and Derek Magnuson leads the way for the Royals, averaging 15.5 points per game.
