Women's Hockey Back In Action With Series Against Rival St. Olaf This Weekend

St. Peter, Minn. – After being idle last weekend, the Gustavus Adolphus women’s hockey team is set to get back into action with a weekend series against Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) rival St. Olaf College. The series will begin in St. Peter on Friday, Dec. 6th with a 7:00 p.m., opening face off and conclude on Saturday, Dec. 7th in Northfield, Minn., with a 7:30 p.m., start.

The Gusties enter the weekend with a record of 5-1-1 overalll and a mark of 4-0-0 in the MIAC. In its most recent series, Gustavus swept Hamline by the scores of 6-0 on Friday, Nov. 22nd, and 4-1 on Saturday, Nov. 23rd. The Oles come in with a record of 2-6-0 overall and a tally of 2-2-0 in MIAC play after falling to UW-River Falls 7-2 in River Falls, Wis., on Tuesday, Nov. 26th.
