Women’s Basketball Seeks Turnaround Against Hamline On Saturday

St. Peter, Minn. – The Gustavus Adolphus women’s basketball team will travel to St. Paul for an MIAC contest against Hamline University on Saturday, Feb. 1 at 1:00 p.m.  The Gusties are looking to get back on track after suffering a 65-58 loss at the hands of Saint Mary’s on Wednesday night.  Hamline is flying high entering Saturday’s contest, coming in riding a three-game win-streak that includes a most recent 52-43 win over Macalester.  Gustavus currently ranks fifth in the MIAC at 12-7 overall and 11-5 in league play, while Hamline sits directly behind, trying to hold on to the sixth and final playoff spot at 9-10 overall and 9-7 in the MIAC.
