The Gustavus men’s track and field team finished seventh at the MIAC Indoor Championships with a total of 43 points. The 4×200 meter and 4×400 meter relay teams, which included Matt Leeb, Tyler Geyen, Colby Citrowski, and Cole Carlson, recorded the highest finishes on the day for the Gusties. The 4×200 relay placed third in a time of 1:31.13, while the 4×400 relay placed fifth in a time of 3:25.19.

Brian Anderson also picked up points for Gustavus as he finished sixth in the shot put with a distance of 47-3.

St. Thomas won the meet with 235.5 points. The Tommies were followed by Saint John’s with 114.5, Hamline with 90, Bethel with 82.5, Carleton with 66.5, St. Olaf with 61, Gustavus with 43, Concordia with 35, Saint Mary’s with 26, Macalester with 20, and Augsburg with 6.
