Men’s Soccer Advances to NCAA Sweet 16 After Penalty Kicks
Gustavus keeper Wesley Sanders (Sr., Urbandale, Iowa) made four stops in seven rounds of penalty kicks, propelling the Gusties to the Sweet 16 of the national tournament, which will take place next weekend at a host site to be determined Monday.

The Gustavus men’s and women’s cross country teams competed at the NCAA North Regional hosted by St. Olaf on Saturday. The Gusties were led by Evelyn Villalobos, who placed 19th for the Gustie women, while the men were led by Tucker Wallin, crossing the line in 26:11.40.
