Men’s and Women’s Hockey Players Honored as AHCA All-American Scholars Posted on July 14th, 2022 by

SAINT PETER, Minn. – The American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) recently announced its sixth annual Krampade All-American Scholars with 12 student-athletes from the Gustavus men’s and women’s hockey teams receiving the academic honor.

Gustie Men’s All-American Scholars

Stanislav Danaev (So., Moscow, Russia)

Tyler Ebner (Sr., La Crosse, Wis.)

Micah Gernander (Fy., Coleraine)

Jackson Hjelle (So., Delano)

Toby Sengvongxay (Sr., Luverne)

Gustie Women’s All-American Scholars

Stephanie Anderson (Sr., Blaine)

Clara Billings (Jr., Rochester)

Hannah Grey (Fy., Stillwater)

Emily Olson (Jr., Delano)

Brooke Power (So., Lakeville)

Kristina Press (Sr., Cottage Grove)

Kayla Vrieze (Sr., Eagan)

To qualify, a student-athlete must have attained a 3.75 GPA for each semester, and had to appear in 40 percent of the team’s games. Exceptions were granted to injured players and back-up goaltenders.
