BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Alli Laux (So., Onalaska, Wis.) secured a 5-4 comeback victory for Gustavus over Carleton on April 16. Playing No. 5 singles, Laux fended off five set-points in the third set tiebreaker, winning 7-5, 2-6, 14-12, breaking a 4-4 match-tie as the sixth singles order of finish. For her performance, Laux has been named MIAC Women’s Tennis Athlete of the Week.
