BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Ethan Mocchi (Sr., Champlin) went 11-for-19 for a .579 average in six conference games last week. Mocchi drove in 14 runs and crossed home plate seven times as the Gusties went 5-1 in league play. He closed the weekend with a grand slam home run in the team’s 17-1 win over Carleton on April 10. For his performance, Mocchi has been named MIAC Baseball Player of the Week.
