SAINT PETER, Minn. – The Gustavus women’s tennis team returned to campus with a 5-2 opening win over neighbor MSU-Mankato before blanking the SMSU Mustangs 7-0. With the wins, the Gusties improve to 8-5 overall.
“I’m really impressed with how our team has grown in just one week of having matches in Texas and how we played today,” said Head Coach Jon Carlson. “Our level of play today jumped in a big way thanks to good competition this past week, and was exemplified by todays results.”
