Brooke Power (So., Lakeville) tallied three points in the series sweep against St. Scholastica over the weekend, securing Gustavus its 17th MIAC regular-season championship and the top seed in the conference tournament.
MIAC Playoffs Begin This Week for Gustie Basketball and Hockey
The most exciting time of year is here for the Gustavus basketball and hockey programs. After competing in the regular season since late October and early November, the MIAC postseason tournaments are in full swing this week.
Men’s Swim & Dive Wins MIAC Championship, Women Take Second
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - For the 24th time in program history, the Gustavus men’s swim & dive team is the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference champion. The men accumulated an impressive 1,030 points over the four-day event. Saint John's took second with 731 points. The Gustie women finished in second with 714 points. St Kate’s won the meet with 809 points.
Men’s Hockey Drops Regular Season Closer at St. Scholastica 6-2
DULUTH, Minn. - The Gustavus men's hockey team ended its regular season on the road with a 6-2 loss at St. Scholastica. The loss puts the Gusties record before playoffs at 5-15-4 overall and 0-9-3 in the MIAC.
Men’s Tennis Ends Weekend With a Pair of Wins
Written by David Youngs SAINT PETER, Minn. - Fresh off a Friday night victory, the Gustie men carried the momentum into Saturday with a pair of home wins against Bethel and Augustana (S.D.). Gustavus jumped into MIAC play feet first with a 9-0 sweep over Bethel to start the day. The Gusties closed the door on the weekend with a 5-2 win over Division II opponent Augustana.
Women’s Hockey Ends Regular Season with Program Record 14th Shutout
The Gustavus women's hockey team honored its seniors on Saturday and earned a 3-0 victory over St. Scholastica in the regular season finale. The Gusties set a new program record with their 14th shutout of the season, which leads all divisions of NCAA women's hockey, and improve to 19-3-2 overall and 13-1-2 in the MIAC.

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Through 27 Events in the MIAC Championship the Gustavus men's swim and dive team leads with an impressive 722 points and broke the school record in the 200 Free Relay with a time of 1:21.53. The Gustie women are in second place with 445 points while St. Catherine leads (542).
Gymnastics Scores 182.350 in Dual Meet Loss at UW-Stout
MENOMONIE, Wis. - The Gustavus gymnastics team fell to the UW-Stout Blue Devils in a dual meet on Thursday night 187.150-182.350.
