Women’s Tennis Defeats Saint Mary’s 9-0 to Open MIAC Play

WINONA, Minn. – The Gustavus women’s tennis team opened its season Sunday and defeated Saint Mary’s 9-0 in an MIAC contest.

“Great start to the spring season against a very good Saint Mary’s team,” said Head Coach Jon Carlson. ” I thought we competed well and learned a lot about what we need to work on as we move forward.”

The Gusties will next be in action on Saturday when they travel to Northern Iowa for a 4 p.m. contest.
