BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – For the second week in a row Taylor Rooney of Gustavus track and field was named MIAC Men’s Track Athlete of the Week. Rooney tied his Division-III leading time of 8.03 in the prelims of the 60-meter hurdles at the St. Olaf Quad on Saturday. He then went on to win the finals with a time of 8.12 while also being a member of the 4 x 200 relay team that placed first with a time of 1:33.60.
