MADISON, Wis. – Gustavus gymnast Annie Corbett (Fy., Brookfield, Wis.) has been named WIAC Gymnastics All-Around Athlete of the Week for her performance in the dual with UW-Eau Claire Friday.
Corbett placed first in the all-around competition with a total of 37.275. She led the way for the Gusties with a 9.400 on the bars and a 9.475 on the beam. The first-year also posted solid marks on the vault and floor with a 9.200 in each. Her performance helped Gustavus to its first 2-0 start since the 2002-03 season.
