The American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) announced its annual All-America Teams Tuesday with Kate Holtan (Jr., Rochester) receiving Honorable Mention honors for Gustavus.

Hudson Named MIAC Men’s Swimmer of the Week

First-year swimmer Dane Hudson (Eden Prairie) had a solid meet for Gustavus at Hamline this past weekend, winning both his individual events as well as partaking in a pair of relay victories. For his performances, Hudson has been named the MIAC Men's Swimmer of the Week.

Men’s Soccer Falls in PKs to North Park in NCAA Second Round

It took penalty kicks for No. 19 North Park to take down the Gustavus men's soccer team in the second round of the NCAA Tournament on Sunday afternoon. The regional host Vikings were able to edge the Gusties 1-1 2OT (5-4 PK's).

The Gustavus women's basketball team opened its season in impressive fashion Saturday, defeating Luther 84-53. The Gusties move to 1-0 with the win while Luther falls to 0-3.

Men’s Basketball Falls 83-71 at Northwestern-St. Paul

The Gustavus men’s basketball team Saturday lost 83-71 at Northwestern-St. Paul. With the loss, the Gusties drop to 0-2 while the Eagles improve to 3-1.

Men’s Soccer Advances in NCAA Tourney with 3-2 Win Over Colorado

The Gustavus men's soccer team took down Colorado College 3-2 Saturday evening to advance in the NCAA Tournament. The Gusties, now 18-3 overall, will take on North Park (Ill.) at 3 p.m. Sunday after the Vikings defeated Pacific Lutheran 6-1 prior to the Gustavus game.

Women’s Hockey Completes Sweep Over St. Kate’s

The No. 9-ranked Gustavus women’s hockey team completed the series sweep over St. Catherine on Saturday afternoon with a 2-1 victory at Don Roberts Ice Rink. The Gusties remain unbeaten on the year at 5-0 overall and 2-0 in the MIAC.
