BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Nolan Larson (Jr., West Des Moines, Iowa) won all three of his events and set a pool record in a dual victory over St. Olaf on Saturday. Larson won the 200 freestyle in 1:43.60, breaking the previous Vic Gustafson Pool record of 1:44.18 set by Gustavus’s Matt Stewart in 2008. Larson also won the 100 butterfly in 51.15 and was a member of the winning 200 medley relay team, touching the wall in 1:36.34. With the meet’s decision in hand, Larson also raced in the 400 freestyle relay and posted the fastest time as an exhibition. For his performance, Larson has been named MIAC Men’s Swimmer of the Week for the second consecutive week.
