The Gustavus baseball team will travel to Collegeville, Minn. 0n Tuesday for a doubleheader with a 2:30 p.m. start time versus Saint John’s. The Gusties enter the contests with a 11-7 overall mark and 2-2 record in the MIAC while the Johnnies are 18-7 overall and 3-3 in the league.

Women’s Golf Finishes WashU Invite in Ninth

The Gustavus women’s golf team finished up play at the WashU Invite on Sunday. The Gusties, who scored 322 on day one, scored a 324 on day two to take on home ninth place honors. Carleton won the event with a 598.

Softball Drops a Pair of Games to No. 6 Tommies

The Gustavus softball team hosted No. 6 St. Thomas on Sunday and dropped the contests by scores of 8-0 (6 inn.) and 10-2 (5 inn.). With the results the Gusties fall to 12-12 overall and 3-7 in the MIAC.

The Gustavus baseball team took on Bethel in a doubleheader on Saturday, splitting the series. The Royals took game one 9-2 before the Gusties won game two 4-3. With the results the Gusties move to 11-7 and 2-2 in the MIAC while the Royals move to 11-8 overall and 3-3 in the league.

The Gustavus softball team traveled to Saint Ben’s Saturday and came out with a series split. The Gusties took game one home in a 10-inning marathon by a score of 6-3 before losing on a walk-off hit in the seventh inning of game two.
