SAINT PETER, Minn. – Mother nature put an end to the 2019 Gustavus softball team’s season on Monday.
The St. Scholastica non-conference doubleheader scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Monday in Duluth, Minn. has been cancelled and will not be made up. The forecast in Duluth calls for a rain and snow mix all day. The Gusties were also slated to host Bethany Lutheran on Tuesday and that doubleheader has been cancelled due to the forecast and will not be made up due to the Vikings’ participation in the UMAC playoffs this week.
Gustavus concludes its season 17-19 overall and 8-14 in the MIAC for eighth place.
