Stumbo and Ramon Receive All-Academic Accolades, Men’s and Women’s Team Receive Honors as Well
The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced its 2018 Cross Country All-Academic individuals Thursday and Gustavus student-athletes Andrew Stumbo (So., Boone, Iowa) and Iliana Ramon (Fy., Fairmont, Minn.) were recognized with the honor as individuals, and both the men's and women's team received the honor as well.
Swim and Dive Ready for MIAC Championships
The Gustavus men’s and women’s swimming & diving teams are set to compete at the MIAC Championships over a four-day span this week at the University of Minnesota’s Jean K. Freeman Aquatic Center in Minneapolis.
Men’s Hockey Set For Final Regular Season Series Versus Saint John’s
The Gustavus men's hockey team will travel to St. Cloud tonight to take on Saint John's for the first contest in its weekend series with a start time of 7 p.m. The Gusties (7-15-1, 4-9-1 MIAC) and Johnnies (9-9-5, 7-4-3 MIAC) will play game two of the series Saturday in Saint Peter at 7:05 p.m.

The Gustavus men's basketball team played host to Bethel for Senior Night Wednesday and lost 84-81. With the loss the Gusties fall to 10-14 overall and 7-12 in league play.

The Gustavus women’s basketball team suffered a 68-48 setback at Bethel on Wednesday night, dropping to 13-11 overall and 10-7 in the MIAC.

Malo Earns Third WIAC Gymnast of the Week Honor
Gustavus senior Amanda Malo (Greenwood, Minn.) has been named WIAC All-Around Gymnast of the Week for her performance at UW-Eau Claire last Saturday. This is Malo’s second consecutive WIAC Gymnast of the Week honor and third this season.
