Women’s Hockey Awarded At-Large Bid To NCAA Championship, Will Host UW-Eau Claire Friday
The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) on Monday morning announced the nine-team field for its Division III Women’s Hockey Championship and Gustavus (20-3-4) is selected to host UW-Eau Claire (18-6-4) in the first round on Friday, March 9 at Don Roberts Ice Rink. The winner will face Hamline on Saturday in St. Peter, Minn. Game times will be announced soon.
Gymnastics Takes Fifth At WIAC/NCGA West Regional
The Gustavus gymnastics team hosted the 2018 Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference/National Collegiate Gymnastics Association West Regional at Gus Young Court on Sunday, taking fifth of eight teams with a season-high score of 185.725, the third best team score in program history.
