The Series: Wednesday’s game marks the 76th meeting between Gustavus and Concordia in women’s basketball. The Gusties lead the all-time series 51-24 and have won the last two meetings. Saint Mary’s last defeated Gustavus on Feb. 25, 2016 in a MIAC semifinal playoff game. Last season the Gusties swept the Cardinals in the regular season series. Gustavus won 49-45 in Winona and then won 71-44 in St. Peter.
