The Gustavus men's golf team wrapped up its fall season Monday with a second place finish at the MIAC Championships, carding a 297-302-298 (897) at Bunker Hills Golf Club. Saint John's won the league championships with a 298-284-297 (879), while Bethel took third with a 302-303-300 (905).

The Gustavus men’s golf team dropped into second place at the MIAC Championships Sunday, not because of a poor score but because Saint John’s posted a low round of 284. After two rounds the Johnnies sit in first place with 582, while the Gusties are in second with a 599 (302 in round two). Bethel is in third place with a 605.

The Gustavus men’s soccer team won its third straight Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference match Saturday night, defeating Augsburg 2-1 in overtime. The victory moves the Gusties to 4-7-1 overall and 3-2-1 in the MIAC, which is good for third place in the current league standings.
