St. Peter, Minn. – The Gustavus Adolphus men’s soccer team will hit the road for the its regular season finale against Hamline University at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 1.  Although Gustavus has earned a spot in the postseason and can’t catch first place St. Olaf, who claimed the 2014 MIAC Championship with a win over Augsburg on Tuesday night, the Gusties are still looking to secure the No. 2 seed and a bye in the first round of the MIAC Playoffs.  At 12-4-1 overall and 6-2-1 in the MIAC, Gustavus sits in a tie for second place alongside Carleton (8-6-2, 6-2-1 MIAC) with 19 points.  Having waved goodbye to the playoffs, Hamline enters the weekend looking to play spoiler and cap its season on a high note.  The Pipers are in ninth place at 6-9-2 overall and 2-6-1 in the MIAC.
