Laura Burnett-Kurie and Karlye highlight this weekend's Gustie Spotlight.
St. Peter, Minn. – Gustavus Adolphus women’s soccer head coach Laura Burnett-Kurie and senior defender Karlye Smith (Eau Claire, Wis.) highlight the first Gustie Spotlight of the 2014-15 school year. The Gustavus women’s soccer team will begin its home schedule on Saturday, Sept. 6 with a non-conference test against UW-La Crosse set for 3:00 p.m. on the Gustie Soccer Field.
Tom Wheeler, the radio voice of the Golden Gusties, conducts interviews with a different member of the Gustavus Athletics Department throughout the fall season. The Gustie Spotlight airs live on Saturday’s prior to kickoff of the Gustavus football game.
