St. Peter, Minn. – The Gustavus Adolphus men’s soccer team is set to host Saint John’s University in the opening round of the MIAC Playoffs on Wednesday, Nov. 6 at 2:00 p.m. on the Gustie Soccer Field. The Gusties secured the No. 1 seed in the playoffs after finishing the regular season 13-2-1 overall and 10-0-0 in the MIAC. Saint John’s earned a spot in the post-season after going 8-6-3 overall and 6-2-2 in the MIAC.

MIAC Playoff Information
The two semifinal winners will meet for the MIAC Playoff championship on Saturday, Nov. 9, on the home field of the top remaining seed. The winner of the postseason title will receive the MIAC Playoff championship plaque and the conference’s automatic bid to the 2013 NCAA Division III Men’s Soccer Tournament.
