St. Peter, Minn. - The Gustavus Adolphus men’s soccer team will hit the road for an MIAC contest under the lights against Saint Mary’s University on Wednesday in Winona.  The Gusties and Cardinals will kick off at 7:00 p.m. on Ochrymowycz Field.  Gustavus enters the week at 6-2-1 overall and 3-0-0 in the MIAC, while the Cardinals come in at 3-5-1 overall and 0-3-0 in the MIAC.

“This is a vital game on our MIAC schedule, and it’s a definite banana skin potentially for us,” said Head Coach Mike Middleton about Wednesday’s match.  “We will have to be fully clued in and at the races or we could be in for a very uncomfortable evening.  Get in there, get the job done in as professional manner as possible is the order of the day.  Three points away from home is never an easy proposition, so we will need to come out on the front foot once again.”
