Baseball Looks For Fourth Straight Win, Hosts Bethel Thursday Posted on May 2nd, 2013 by

St. Peter, Minn. – The Gustavus Adolphus baseball team will look for its fourth straight win on Thursday when it hosts Bethel University at the Gustie Baseball Field for a doubleheader in Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) action.  Thursday’s twin bill is set to begin at 2:30 p.m.

After defeating Saint Mary’s on Sunday, April 28th and sweeping St. Olaf with a pair of wins on Tuesday, April 30th, the Gusties have won three straight and hold a record of 10-15 overall (7-3 MIAC).  Meanwhile, the Royals enter this afternoon’s contests losers of four straight, falling to Saint John’s (7-2, 6-0) and Carleton (5-4, 8-4).
