St. Peter, Minn. – Back in regional competition following the ITA Indoor Championship, the Gustavus men’s tennis team cruised to a pair of victories against Grinnell College and Macalester College on Saturday at the Swanson Tennis Center. The Gusties began the day with an 8-1 win over Grinnell and then later swept Macalester 9-0 in the nightcap. Gustavus is now 7-5 overall and 2-0 in the MIAC. The Gustavus men’s tennis team will be busy again next Saturday with another morning/night doubleheader in the Swanson Tennis Center. The Gusties will face Hamline at 9:30 a.m. and then UW-Whitewater at 6:00 p.m.
