The Gustavus women’s soccer team will travel to Stevens Point, Wis. to open its 2012 season this weekend. The Gusties will play twice in two days. Friday afternoon will see the Gusties square off against the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in the first ever meeting between the two squads. Kick off for that game is set for 3:00 p.m. Saturday brings a match up with the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point at 4:00 p.m. The black and gold look to get off to a strong start in 2012 after finishing 5-12 (3-8 MIAC) a year ago.
