The Gustavus women’s basketball team will play its 1,000th game in program history Saturday against Macalester College in St. Peter, Minn. at 3:00 p.m. The contest will also mark the 300th game played on Gus Young Court – home court of the Gusties – for the women’s team. Gustavus holds an all-time overall record of 593-406, a 421-230 mark in the MIAC – including two titles – and boast a 207-92 record on Gus Young Court dating back to 1984.
