The Gustavus Adolphus 4×400 meter relay team consisting of Matt Leeb (Jr., St. Peter, Minn.), Cole Carlson (Sr., Mora, Minn.), Colby Citrowske (Jr., Canby, Minn.), and Max Hanson (Sr., Buffalo, Minn.) earned MIAC Men’s Outdoor Track and Field Track Athletes of the Week honors for its performance at the 2010 Drake Relays held in in Des Moines, Iowa on Saturday. The 4×400 relay team took seventh place with a time of 3:12.88, which earned them an automatic bid into the NCAA Championships. Their time is the best in the MIAC and second fastest in Division III this season.
