Women’s Tennis Drops Two Heartbreakers On Saturday, Finishes Fourth at Midwest Invitational Posted on April 5th, 2009 by

The Gustavus women’s tennis team played excellent tennis on the final day of the Midwest Invitational but lost two close matches to finish fourth out of 11 teams. The Gusties lost 5-3 to Denison in the semifinals on Saturday morning and then lost 5-3 to DePauw in the third place match on Saturday afternoon. The Gusties are now 12-9 overall.
