The Chaska Cubs baseball team is sponsoring MIAC night when the squad faces the Austin Athletics on July 16 at 7:30 pm. Any fan wearing clothing from a Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) institution will be admitted free of charge. Stiftungfest burgers will also be served. Several members of the Cubs played their collegiate baseball in the MIAC including two from Gustavus – Greg Lane, who is a current student, and Ben Elko, who graduated in 2005.
