The #4-Gustavus women’s hockey team will face the #3-UW-Stevens Point Pointers in a key non-conference game on Tuesday night at Ice Hawks Arena in Stevens Point, Wis. at 7 p.m. The Golden Gusties enter the contest at 17-1-0 overall, while the Pointers come in at 16-0-2 overall. Last weekend, Gustavus swept Augsburg 5-1 in Minneapolis and 6-0 in St. Peter. UW-Stevens Point went 1-0-1 with a 6-1 win against UW-Eau Claire and a 3-3 tie against UW-Superior. In the first game between the teams, Gustavus lost 5-1 despite outshooting UW-Stevens Point 35-12.
