The Gustavus women’s tennis team opened its spring season with a 7-2 win over the University of Nebraska at Omaha in the Swanson Indoor Tennis Center in St. Peter. The Gusties swept all three doubles matches and four of the six singles matches to claim the victory.
Jenny White won at #3 singles and #3 doubles, Hanna Frericks won at #4 singles and #2 doubles, Sierra Krebsbach won at #5 singles and #1 doubles, and Darcy Haubrick won at #6 singles and #3 doubles.
The Gusties will face Winona State on Saturday morning at 8:00 am.
