Gustavus Adolphus College sophomore Jered Hokenson (Watertown, Minn.) compiled 5612 points to place fourth overall in the MIAC Decathlon on Friday, May 7. Carleton Collge hosted the multi-events in Northfield, Minn.
Hokenson won the high jump in the 110-meter hurdles. The sophomore cleared a height of 6′ 4″ in the high jump to earn 740 points. He won the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 17.01 to earn 623 points. The Watertown native also finished in the top five of three other events. Hokenson placed second in the 400-meter dash, third in the 1500-meter run, and fifth in the 100-meter dash.
