Women’s Tennis Defeats Albion 9-0 at Midwest Invitational Posted on April 8th, 2005 by

The Gustavus women’s tennis team defeated Albion College (Mich.) 9-0 in the quarterfinal round of the Midwest Invitational being played in Madison, Wisconsin. Gustavus is seeded #1 in the 11-team tournament, Albion was seeded eighth. The Gusties, who are now 17-2 on the season will play the winner of the #4 Washington University/#5 Carthage College match in the semifinals at 7:15 am on Saturday, April 9.
