Women’s Basketball Loses 74-76 to Saint Mary’s

The Gustavus Adolphus women's basketball team lost 74-76 to Saint Mary's on Wednesday night in Winona, Minn. The Gusties were led in scoring by Angie Peterson with 25 points.

Men’s Basketball Slips Past St. Mary’s 64-52

The Gustavus men's basketball team maintained its one game lead atop the MIAC standings with a 64-52 win over Saint Mary's at Gus Young Court on Saturday night. Tim Brown led the Gusties with 23 points.

Olson named MIAC Nordic Skier of the Week for Second Time

Gustavus Adolphus senior Ingrid Olson (White Bear Lake, Minn.) was named the MIAC Nordic Skier of the Week for the second time this season. Olso won the 13 kilometer freestlye race at Mora Vasaloppet on Sunday, February 8.

Erich Ziegler named MIAC Nordic Skier of the Week

Gustavus Adolphus sophomore Erich Ziegler (Crystal Falls, Mich.) was named the MIAC Nordic Skier of the Week for February 2-8. Ziegler won the 24 kilometer classical race at the North End Classic in Cable Wisconsin on Sunday, February 8.

Abby Randall named MIAC Hockey Player of the Week

Gustavus Adolphus women's hockey player Abby Randall has been named MIAC Women's Hockey Player of the Week for February 2-7. Randall, a sophomore defender, scored one goal and contributed two assists to help the Gusties sweep third place St. Mary's.

Women’s Tennis Falls to University of Hawaii 7-2

The Gustavus women's tennis team lost to Division I University of Hawaii 7-2 in Honolulu Friday, February 6. The #1 doubles team of Tara Houlihan and Lyndsey Palen claimed the 8-4 win to lead the Gusties.

Men’s Tennis Falls to Univ. of Hawaii 7-0

The Gustavus men's tennis team lost to Division I University of Hawaii 7-0 in Honolulu on Friday, February 6. The #2 doubles team of Ben Lundell and Loren Collins claimed a 8-3 win to lead the Gusties.

Gymnastics Team Finishes Second at Best of Minnesota Meet

The Gustavus women's gymnastics team posted a score of 182.70 and finished second out of four at the Best of Minnesota meet hosted by the University of Minnesota.
